CMM has developed a powerful Franchise Development methodology that guarantees predictability in terms of product functionality, revenue goals and expense control.

Our methodology starts by working closely with our client to understand their vision and direction, before we examine the opportunities in the market. The results of the Market analysis produce a recommendation on the potential for a product franchise based on a carefully drawn initial blue-print for a suite of products and services.

The final blue-print, resulting from a series of work-sessions and meetings with business, risk management, human resources and technology and operations areas, becomes the cornerstone of the initiative and is used until the franchise is established. Parallel activities, such as creating a Product Management unit, establishing goals and product or credit programs are undertaken during the same period.
